At HIPAG we have developed a unique system of working with Estate Agents, Solicitors & Home Inspectors to ensure our HIPs will be comprehensive and will deliver the government's objectives of speed, transparency and certainty.
We will produce your HIP (the HIPACK™) quickly and accurately, complete with all required documents to comply with current legislation. And, unlike some HIP providers, Hipag & its Member firms will work on the HIP pro-actively whilst the property is being marketed to make sure that all enquiries are dealt with BEFORE an offer has been made and accepted.
Types of HIPWe will provide two types of HIP; our One Star HIP which will contain an Energy Performance
Certificate and our Two Star HIP which will contain a Home Condition Report. Payment OptionsWe will offer two main funding options for HIPs: full payment up front and a very competitive deferred cost package. |
